BART Rotterdam – artist-made fashion, objects & events

Matthijs was born in 1975. He is based in Utrecht and has a studio in Rotterdam.

He makes pretty brilliant large scale installations from found objects, wood and curiosa which are a bit surreal and just as disorienting as his website.

In the BART Store we have one of his smaller works, an IKEA-table with a tiny apartment built underneath.
