Katharina D. Martin is a performance artist who lives and works in Rotterdam. In The Words of Marina Abramovic: “Katharina D. Martin varies her performances with new correlations of space, time, body and significative signs. In each case she reaches unique statements which are more than the sum of their parts. She works with her body, in and with time, with the space and her materials. She uses ‘signs’ like cinder, milk and worn clothes as an enlargement of her language.“
